Stuck. Stumped. Lost. Isolated.
When we finally have had enough with our well being and surroundings. Living in a constant routine so stuck you don’t even know where to begin to crawl out. You look everywhere like if everyone else has the answers to be the best version of themselves they can possibly be. But it’s not true. Almost everyone goes through this period in their lifetime. Some even stay stuck in this period of a lifetime. Change your habits they say. But what does that even look like to a mind that is too clouded… Taking it one step a time. Write it down in a journal. Or even a calendar. Get yourself organized. Don’t get overwhelmed by doing it all at once. Break it down. You have 24 hours in a day. Doesn’t matter when you accomplish a task, just get one done a day. Prioritizing the one that you’d love to do the most for that week.
